I have asked one of my friends to do the modelling for my magazine feature article and front cover. I have various reasons for asking her:
- she lives near me so I wont have to waste time travelling to take photographs of her
- she looks a bit like Shystie, which will help in terms of artist recognision
- she is easy to work with
- her dress sense is quite urban, the same ambience I want my magazine to project

- This is a series of blogs to show my progress throughout my A-Level Media Studies course. The process involves progression from a pre-production, preliminary exercise to a more fully realised piece. I have chosen to work independantly as I work best this way. The preliminary task is to produce the front cover for a magazine exclusively for Orpington College students. The main task is to produce a front cover, contents page and double page feature spread for a new music magazine. This is shown in the first blog [relentlessmedia]. The second blog [relentlessmediatwo]shows may work and research in preparation for the final exam which focuses around television dramas and video games.
